Position Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll play an essential role in helping our team expand its client base and strengthen relationships with partners. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, designed for individuals who are proactive, ambitious, and ready to learn the fundamentals of event marketing, sales strategy, and business development.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Opportunity Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and identify potential clients and partnership opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads, prospecting, and scheduling client meetings.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not required).
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
