• Salary: 90k to 110k

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, including project management and personalized InMails
• Solid interviewing skills and ability to represent the agency positively
• Experience with various selection processes, including phone interviews and reference checks
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a “no job is too big or too small” approach
• Strong decision-making capabilities
• Team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a creative agency setting
• Familiarity with diversity recruiting initiatives

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in campus recruiting and program management
• B.A. or B.S. in a related field
