We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Door Knockers/Canvassers. This role involves engaging with residents or businesses in a designated area to introduce our services, gather leads, and generate interest. Door Knockers/Canvassers play a critical role in building brand awareness and creating opportunities for the sales team. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Travel to different neighborhoods and suburbs going door-to-door with the goal of presenting home improvement services (painting)  such as interior and exterior painting.
• Setting up and scheduling appointments for company project consultants (sales and estimate specialists) with home owners who expressed interest. 
• Develop a prospect / lead list and maintain it in the CRM system. 
• Work an assigned territory, often up to 200 houses per neighborhood per day.
• Hand out marketing collateral.  

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of the company’s services (training provided).
