Are you an energetic, outgoing person who loves working with people? If you thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment full of customer interaction, then the CBH Homes Sales Team Concierge position is for you!

What You'll Do:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm smile.
• Provide guests with basic information about the community and available homes.
• Keep the On the Block fresh, inviting, and fully stocked with materials.
• Collect visitor information for follow-up by the sales team.
• Assist with light administrative tasks, database knowledge,  printing flyers, placing signs, and keeping the space tidy.
• Ensure every guest has a 5-star experience from start to finish.
• Weekly community drives.

What We’re Looking For:

• An energetic, people-loving personality with excellent verbal skills.

• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a welcoming environment.

• Proficiency with computers, phones, and basic office tasks.

• A professional, polished appearance and attitude.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome visitors upon arrival.
• Provide guests with basic information about the community, homes, and available options.
• Maintain a clean and organized model home and reception area.
• Collect visitor information for follow-up by the sales team.
• Answer general questions and direct guests to available resources or the sales team.
• Ensure all guests feel comfortable and attended to throughout their visit.
• Weekly Community Drives
• Work on the CRM System

The Details:

• Both Full Time/Part Time positions available.

• Weekends required (9 AM – 5 PM.) 

• CBH Homes is a non-smoking environment.
