Responsibilities:

• Direct all financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Manage financial reporting and compliance, accounting operations, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, financial analysis, and inventory management.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to support informed decision-making that drives profitability and sustainable growth.
• Champion and uphold the organization’s values.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Ensure the month-end and year-end close processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Oversee and validate inventory cycle counts and related accounting to ensure accuracy and proper valuation.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and support external and internal audits as required.
• Provide variance analysis, trend identification, and financial insights to leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and working capital to support liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (operations, sales, purchasing, and HR) to achieve company-wide objectives.
• Act as a strategic financial advisor to senior leadership, offering guidance on investments, growth strategies, and risk management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Controller. 
• Experience within manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct or Insight ERP.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
