bd's Grillers are skilled professionals in all aspects of great stir-fry! Grillers are competent in the setup and maintenance of the Grill and all of its tools of the trade – you are an expert bd's swordsman!. Superlative quality is your standard, and you are always perfecting your cooking techniques. bd's grill is a highly visible distinction and you are an integral part in making the guest experience a memorable. You create Mongo Magic so that each and every guest leaves happy!

Requirements

• Communicate in a positive manner
• Bring a professional and well groomed appearance to the job
• Execute a recovery strategy and know when to involve a manager.
• Know how to set up and maintain the grill.
• Greet guests with enthusiasm.
• Learn safe and correct sword handling
• Cook food correctly and at proper temperatures
• Follow SOP for hot bowls, eggs/cheese, changing swords and veggie and allergy bowls
• Learn stir-fry blading and delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation behind the grill.
• Interact with our guests; initiate conversations in a friendly manner.
• Serve clean, great looking bowls with correct plate presentation
• Be a bd's Team Mate.
