We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing outreach team! In this entry-level position, you’ll represent well-known nonprofit organizations , connect directly with the public, and help drive positive change in your local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for community members, donors, and supporters
• Share campaign messages clearly and enthusiastically on behalf of our nonprofit partners
• Build strong, lasting relationships to drive public awareness and donor engagement
• Assist with planning and executing local outreach events to increase campaign exposure
• Represent nonprofits at community events, street teams, and high-traffic public areas
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in every interaction

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Genuine interest in social causes, advocacy, or public service
• Team-oriented, with a positive and proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, face-to-face environments
• No prior experience needed— comprehensive paid training is provided
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
