Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you’ll be the friendly face representing nonprofit clients at community events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach programs. This is the perfect role for someone who’s people-focused, purpose-driven, and ready to grow in a meaningful career.
