In search of exceptional individuals that have a passion for being of service and cleaning. No professional experience is required but an awareness for detail is most helpful. We value integrity in character and a desire to be helpful and of service for our clients and other team members. Nice & Fresh Cleaners is in search of both residential daytime and commercial evening and weekend cleaners. Are you looking for a flexible schedule? We do have some daytime availability that we can work into part time or full time. Also especially looking for Saturday staff for some routes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $17.50/hour during 100-hour training period. Common to earn $20 - $23 hour with base pay and tips before or after 100 hours of training period. 
• Additional earnings through tips, supplies and travel pay
• 401(k) matching for vested / eligible employees
• $1,000 Sign-on bonus given with 400 hours of work
• Base pay is currently $17.50 to $23 Hr for cleaning staff before tips.

Essential Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone with data plan
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs
• Clean background check
• Work authorization in the United States
• This is a commuter heavy job. The job is best for candidates that live within the greater Asheville/Buncombe area.
