Responsibilities - Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment
- Maintain and update documentation related to IT procedures and guidelines
- Support the installation of new software and hardware
- Monitor and manage IT inventory and asset tracking
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networking
