Job Title: IT System Administrator - CAN

Location: 1 City Centre Drive, Suite 900, Mississauga

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices (iPhone & Android), and peripherals
Strong troubleshooting skills for PC hardware and software issues
Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
Strong documentation and organizational skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with asset and inventory management systems
Exposure to data center or computer room operations
Experience supporting network equipment, phones, and teleconferencing tools

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide day-to-day technical support to local and remote employees for hardware and software issues
Support Windows, macOS, iPhone, and Android devices
Manage hardware and software inventory, asset tracking, shipping, and receiving
Assist with rollout of new systems to end users and groups
Maintain desktop security, passwords, data integrity, and file systems
Assist in maintaining network equipment, phones, teleconference systems, and data center operations

Requirements:

Strong understanding of PC hardware and efficient troubleshooting techniques
Experience creating technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
High level of accountability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to manage detailed technical initiatives from start to finish
Strong organizational and time-management skills
