Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented long-term contract Mailroom Associate to support our daily mail operations. This role is responsible for delivering mail to all EPB sites and the Shallowford Road USPS location. Timely completion of deliveries is critical to ensure Billing Operations, payments, and other time-sensitive items are processed without delay.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming packages.
  • Deliver packages and internal mail across EPB campuses.
  • Ensure daily delivery to the Shallowford Road USPS location.
  • Operate a 12-passenger van to complete delivery routes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST

Compensation

  • $20.00 per hour
  • Position will be staffed through a staffing agency

Education & Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely drive a 12-passenger van.
