As a Play Experience Designer, you’ll help shape one-of-a-kind playgrounds and custom play structures from concept to creation.

Responsibilities Include

• Design engaging, thematic play environments and sculptural features
• Develop 3D concept models, renderings, and technical design packages
• Work with our creative, engineering, and production teams
• Translate stories and ideas into tangible play experiences
• Present designs internally and, on occasion, externally to clients or reps
• Research and ideate around materials, trends, and safety standards
• Bring big energy, fresh ideas, and an eye for details to every project

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Exhibit/Themed Design, or related field
• 2+ years of professional design experience
• Highly proficient in SketchUp Pro for concept modeling, presentation renderings, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in other 3D modeling software (Blender, ZBrush), Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (Twinmotion a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, storytelling, and spatial thinking
• Curiosity, collaboration skills, and a willingness to get scrappy when needed
• Bonus: experience with playgrounds, themed environments, sculpture, or hands-on fabrication
