Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Project Management experience (3+ years)
Utility experience (Electric, Gas, or Water) or Civil construction experience or Engineering experience directly working on Utility installation/relocation projects
Experience reviewing Contract Proposals/Bids
Experience with preparing project’s Financial Forecasts (e.g. Monthly Cash Flows)
Utility Relocation experience is highly preferred (with a Utility, Construction, or Engineering firm)
a PMP certification or PE license is valuable, but none are required for this role

Skills:

Project Management
Reading/Interpreting Civil construction plans
Financial Forecasting (Monthly Cash Flows) of projects

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's.
