Our compassionate staff provide integral care services that allow our clients to live safely and independently at home. 

• Effectively and professionally communicate with client families and office staff 
• Conduct assessments of prospective clients to establish the start of services 
• Supervise Caregiver personnel; providing orientation, evaluation and coaching, as needed   
• Develop care plans for current clients 
• Responsible for accurate and complete documentation of client and caregiver records 

Registered Nurse Requirements:

• A dedication and passion for serving seniors, with a cheerful demeanor 
• Dependable, with a strong attention to detail 
• At least 3 years of nursing experience preferred 
• At least 1 year of home care experience preferred 
• Registered nurse in the state of New Jersey
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and email software applications 
• Valid Driver’s License, with reliable car and current car insurance
• Ability to pass Criminal and DMV background checks required 
• Available to respond to emergency calls, as necessary
