Job Overview: As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Sales and providing the organization with proactive opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills and the ability to communicate professionally and with high energy to internal and external customers alike. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to encourage customer acquisition and contribute to the overall success of IDIS Americas brand and Sales development.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with and enhance the overall brand identity
  2. Modern prospecting methodologies and use of tools to mine for potential prospects, build and manage accurate lead pipeline, and maintain high volume of activity to grow customer acquisition
  3. Identify key contacts for prospecting and conduct baseline research for target accounts
  4. Methodically qualify sales/marketing leads generated based upon specific lead qualification criteria, analyzing level of interest and priority to determine business opportunity
  5. Collaborate with sales and marketing to align lead generation efforts with business goals and target audiences
  6. Track and analyze metrics, using data to improve conversion rates and lead quality
  7. Utilize CRM and proven lead management processes, to provide accurate data to management ensuring seamless integration with the sales pipeline
  8. Provide and develop improved (Weekly/Monthly) reporting on opportunities and efforts to Management
  9. Influence new markets and innovative solutions leveraging IDIS’s solution and technology

Qualifications:
  1. BA/BS degree (or min 2 years relevant experience)
  2. Ability to understand and promote technical products and software offerings
  3. Ability to work independently and time manage effectively
  4. Experience with HubSpot and CRM software a plus, but will train if needed
  5. Solid understanding of media platforms and familiar with modern prospecting methodologies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dodge Data, Govspend),
  6. Versed in Outlook 365 and Teams
  7. Extremely strong oral and written English communication skills/ bi-lingual encouraged but not required
  8. View setbacks as learning opportunities

  10. Show creative problem-solving approach and desire to continuously research and learn in a fast-paced environment

  15. Demonstrate intelligent thinking, strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  16. Video security market experience a plus but not required
