Responsibilities as a Home Care Provider:

• Empower individuals to achieve independence in education, employment, community access, and living skills.
• Flexible schedule, allowing work from home or managing another job.
• Competitive compensation, with a stipend paid twice per month plus room and board payments.
• 24/7 support and access to training and community resources.

Requirements:

• Reside in Maine with a spare bedroom in a well-maintained home.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Willingness to complete required training and maintain compliance.
• Current home insurance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude, flexibility, creativity, and commitment to supporting individuality and growth.
• Ability to complete required paperwork and certifications (DSP, CPR/First Aid), with training covered or reimbursed.
• Home with two clear exits and a spare bedroom (minimum 8' x 10').
• Pass background checks for everyone over 18 in the home.
