$65,000 to $75.000 / year depending on experience and qualifications

We're looking for a System Administrator I to join our team. In this role, you'll install, configure, and support both in-house and customer hardware, operating systems, connectivity, and application software. Core Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and optimizing CIC's network and Cloud performance for customer remote processing.

• Support users at all technical levels, translating problems into clear solutions.

• Maintain quality service by following organizational standards.

• Manage disaster recovery and back-up.

• Create and maintain network users/permissions.

• Maintain servers and associated hardware, applications, services, and settings.

• Completing software and hardware installation projects for CIC personnel and customers.

Required Skills:

• Degree in MIS or Computer Science or relevant professional work experience.

• Experience installing and supporting connectivity of File Servers, PC's, Scanners, Switches and Routers in a Windows Networking Environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

Bonus Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Firewalls

• Server Virtualization Experience
