Job Description
A local healthcare client is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their IT team. This role is critical for managing a large-scale endpoint environment and serves as the highest technical escalation point for Help Desk and Field IT teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Windows imaging, Quest KACE, and automation strategies, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
$35-42 per hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
-Serve as escalation for Help Desk and Field IT teams; troubleshoot complex issues on Windows, Chromebooks, and BYOD devices.
-Perform encryption compliance checks and remediation using Quest KACE.
-Create and maintain Windows images monthly, including updates and drivers (must have prior imaging experience).
-Implement automation strategies and leverage scripting (PowerShell) to reduce support calls and improve efficiency.
-Package and deploy software updates; collaborate with Help Desk for distribution.
-Utilize ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution; prior experience required.
-Hands-on experience with Quest KACE for imaging and device control (preferred); familiarity with Intune or similar MDM solutions is a plus.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act as the final line of defense for technical escalations.
-Excellent communication skills for remote work and cross-team collaboration, including interaction with leadership and C-suite.
-Reliable, proactive, and collaborative; prior Help Desk experience highly valued. Experience in healthcare or education environments.
Familiarity with large-scale endpoint environments (50,000+ devices).
