Remote Sales Representative - Verizon Fios Home Services Program

About the Role

As a Remote Sales Representative, you'll be reaching out to customers who are eligible for Verizon Fios Home services, helping them set up new accounts for TV and internet services. This is a great opportunity for sales professionals who enjoy connecting with people and providing valuable solutions.

We offer:

Full-time remote work (if you qualify)
Paid remote training (5 days)
Hourly pay plus commission, with earnings paid out weekly

Start Date: Tuesday, March 25, 2025

Work Schedule

Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST (no weekend training)
Regular Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Two days off: Sunday + Tuesday or Thursday
Orientation: Tuesday, March 25, 2025, from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EST
Compensation: Starts at $11/hr. + commission & bonuses based on performance

Tech Setup: Before starting, you'll need to complete an IT clearance check and install our required software on your PC.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

At least 1 year of sales experience (mandatory)
Strong computer proficiency (Windows-based applications)
Ability to engage with customers, offer solutions, and problem-solve in a positive, productive way
Self-motivated with analytical skills
Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in home services sales
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Call center sales or outside sales experience is a plus
Ability to navigate multiple web interfaces and systems

Tech & Workspace Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

A quiet, designated workspace free from distractions
Hardwired internet connection via Ethernet (WiFi or Hotspots not allowed)
USB headset with a microphone, mute function, and noise cancellation
A Windows 10 or better computer (MacBooks & Chromebooks not supported)

Additional Requirements

Must pass a 7-year background check
