Weather Shield is seeking motivated individuals to fill a variety of General Assembly and Production positions. New to manufacturing? No problem! Training is provided, just bring a great attitude and eagerness to learn. More skilled? That’s great! We will work with you to find the perfect opportunity.

Starting at $18.00 per hour with opportunity for $.50 merit increase after 6 months. Most work weeks are Monday - Thursday/Friday with overtime as needed and NO WEEKENDS!

What is the Job?

Assemble components to complete window/door units and/or parts. This ranges from machine operating to installing finished components onto the units.

What is Required:

• Capability of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Use and read a tape measure.
• Utilize hand/power tools.
• Great candidates will be team players and have a keen eye for quality.
