Overview

We are seeking a motivated Model Integration Trainee who will learn how AI/ML models integrate with enterprise identity systems, workflow platforms, and automation tools. This role is ideal for beginners who want to understand how integrations work between systems like Saviynt, ServiceNow, IAM tools, and AI-driven workflows .

You will work closely with senior engineers to support basic integration tasks, documentation, workflow testing, and troubleshooting.

• Assist in understanding how identity workflows (provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests) integrate with AI models.

• Help test and validate simple workflow logic and data exchange between systems.

• Support senior engineers in setting up basic lifecycle or approval flows.

• Learn how to work with REST/SOAP APIs used by platforms like Saviynt and ServiceNow .

• Support basic tasks such as sending test API requests, monitoring responses, and reviewing logs.

• Document integration steps and updates for cross-system workflows.

• Assist with simple scripting tasks using Python or JavaScript (under guidance).

• Help prepare test data, payloads (JSON/XML), and workflow inputs.

• Learn how identity connectors and automation rules work.

• Support basic SQL queries for data validation under supervision.

• Help track and review identity-related data like users, roles, access logs, and workflow outputs.

• Maintain documentation for configurations, test cases, and workflow diagrams.

• Participate in team meetings, assisting with notes and follow-ups.

• Work closely with senior engineers and analysts to understand architecture and requirements.

• Interest in identity systems, AI workflows, and enterprise integrations .

• Basic understanding of Python, JavaScript, or any scripting language.

• Curiosity about APIs, IAM platforms, and workflow automation.

• Good analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.

• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn from experienced engineers.

• Exposure to IAM concepts (users, roles, permissions).

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON/XML data.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar workflow tools.

• Interest in Saviynt, identity governance, or cybersecurity.

• Basic SQL knowledge.

• Fundamentals of identity governance and access workflows.

• How AI/ML models integrate with platforms like Saviynt and ServiceNow .

• Basics of API connectivity, triggers, and automated provisioning flows.

• How enterprise integrations work across IAM, ITSM, and AI ecosystems.
