In this role, you will provide extensive support to elite clients, acting as a strategic ally and a vital extension of the executive team. Your responsibilities will range from managing complex calendars to coordinating international travel and handling confidential information. Accountabilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex calendars and coordinating travel.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining professionalism.
  • Conduct in-depth research and prepare actionable reports on industry trends and practices.
  • Organize and maintain essential files and documents for easy accessibility.
  • Independently manage diverse tasks, including event planning and scheduling.
  • Plan and prepare travel itineraries for executives and handle logistics.
  • Draft correspondence and manage communications effectively.
  • Synthesize data into reports and create presentation materials.
  • Oversee social media accounts and manage content.
  • Quickly learn and utilize various software and tools to enhance productivity.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-suite executives.
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal (C1 - C2 level).
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and messaging.
  • High level of technical acumen and familiarity with current office technologies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and cultural fit for high-profile clients.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
